Dave Wilcox studied art in upstate New York and graduated with a bachelors degree in the arts from SUNI Buffalo. Throughout his childhood, Dave had an appreciation for color and form.  Dave started painting to amuse himself, then he  found a sense of peace and satisfaction through painting.  His images are optimistic colorful compositions that often take one instant back to one's childhood.  Dave's paintings line the walls of collectors from Florida to California and most recently the Wilcox collection was offered in the showrooms of House 849 in Palm Springs, California where he had his own gallery showroom.
